Our realistic society is heterogeneous mixture of all kinds of people, people who look to disturb the balance of the natural society. As a WSU philosophy major (class of 2009), I quickly learned that these concepts are much more complex than I had ever thought. The consequence of an action is really not a separate thing. The conception of law as means to social ends, and not as an end in itself. Such readers would probably be receptive to a book about Derrida and legal philosophy if it clearly set forth Derrida's notion of justice and demonstrated how it complements, challenges, or improves upon the positions staked out by other legal philosophers.
